you again call me so we can sit down and explain to you the most important issues of a home inspection. While we will focus on the entire house, it is important to know that I will put every thing in the report, but put heavy emphasis on the Big Six – Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and Appliances. Most of your home inspection will cover maintenance recommendations and minor imperfections, and these are nice to know about but the issues that really matter are the Big Six.
